UpStart Systems is currently seeking teaming for the NOAA Design of the Great Lakes Coastal Observing System (WC133R-10-RP-0109) with companies to provide environmental expertise and relevant NOAA experience. We can provide the Enterprise Architecture support with relevant experience from the National Maritime Domain Awareness Enterprise Architecture to which this new NOAA system would integrate.
UpStart Systems is currently seeking qualified candidates for positions in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC area for Federal Government and commercial projects.
We are seeking candidates with experience in several of the following areas: Enterprise Architecture, System Architecture, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, and process improvement frameworks (e.g., CMMI, ISO 9000, and iCMM).
